Alcantara Resources Corporation will enter the food industry via the acquisitions of food manufacturing plants in Peru and branded food product lines and food manufacturing companies in the U.S..  We intend to reduce cost and expense significantly by leveraging the high quality and low manufacturing costs in Peru, a country that has a free trading agreement with the U.S.
