Shanda I

Shanda I (SI) is one of First Mining Company's gold mines.  It is located in the Province of Ayacucho in the Andean highlands of Peru.

SI currently comprises 250 acres and is on schedule to increase to 4,500 acres in 2010.  Preliminary, limited, surface laboratory results indicate that the gold content in the claim ranges from 5-20 grams per metric ton.

SI operations will begin first quarter of 2010.
